Agreements and Conditions
of the Service
FabyouEvents (Spa Party Mobile) invites you to carefully read each of the agreements and conditions of service of our Spa Bus:
- Our service area starts from St. Cloud, Florida 34771 to a 10 mile radius. From 11 Miles the cost is $3 per mile, this is due to the high cost of gas for the truck.
- If you need the service beyond 30 miles from St. Cloud, Florida 34771 call us before booking at (407) 760-5046 or email us at: fabyouevents@gmail.com to validate the final price.
- The deposit of our packages are (15%) of the total cost of the package. The other 85% must be paid via zelle or cash 24 hours before the party.
- Your daughter will receive manicure services including, but not limited to, the use of exfoliating polishes, scented oils/lotions, nail files, paints, etc.
- Your daughter can receive a spa facial with cleansers, a mask, cucumbers, and moisturizer. Her daughter can also have a makeup application with eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, blush, and/or lip gloss.
- The use of hair accessories (braids, bows, clip-in extensions, etc.), party accessories, costumes, etc. will be used.
- The girls will have their photos/videos recorded during the party. Photos will be uploaded to an online gallery and/or Social Media for promotional purposes.
- FabyoEvents (Spa Party Mobile) is not responsible for how photos are shared.
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your party to another available date, within 6 months of the original party date (subject to availability). The party is guaranteed upon booking with a 15% deposit (non-refundable). NO CANCELLATIONS
- 6.- During the event, your daughter may be going up and down stairs to get on and off the bus.
- FabyouEvents (Spa Party Mobile) is not responsible for any damage, accident or injury you may suffer while under our supervision. By signing this release, you assume all risks and dangers associated with participation in spa/party activities and waive, release, indemnify and indemnify and agree to protect, defend and hold harmless.
- FabyouEvents (Spa Party Mobile) Bus, its owners, supervisors, participants, hosts and drivers for any claims arising from any injury/medical injury of your child to the fullest extent possible.
- Additionally, you will grant permission to use without compensation any photograph, videotape, audio recording or any other recording for the promotion of FabyouEvents (Spa Party Mobile)
