1.- Remember that we are an entertainment company tailored to the beauty of your guests. We do not work with any substances or chemicals, we simply turn a birthday party into a fashion and beauty event.

5.- Start Time and Wait Time: We may wait up to 10 minutes for guests who haven't arrived at the scheduled time. After 10 minutes, services will begin, and late guests will be able to join upon arrival. This helps us stay on schedule, especially when we have several parties in one day.

6.- Parties may not be held in public parks without official written permission from the park ranger. Parties held in hotels must have prior approval from hotel management. The client is responsible for reserving a legal parking space for the Spa Party Bus for the entire duration of the party. The FabyouEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus will remain stationary throughout the party for safety reasons.

7.- Health, Allergies, and Sanitation: FabyouEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus does not cut nails or cuticles for safety and sanitation reasons. Guests may receive services that include: manicures, water facials, makeup application, hair glitter, and accessories. All products used are for entertainment purposes only. Parents must disclose any allergies or sensitivities in advance. FabyouEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus is not responsible for allergic reactions to any products used.

8.- Nails Polish: Your daughter and guests will receive manicure services that include the use of nail polish (We do not cut or file nails, we ONLY PAINT).

9.- Nail Preparation: All guests must arrive with their nails free of polish.

10. Bus Occupancy: We love it when parents and guests want to see the setup and take photos, so you're welcome to hop on and off the bus for photos, but please don't stay on the bus during services. Staying on board limits the space our staff needs to care for the children and provide a smooth and enjoyable party.

12.- Hair accessories (braids, bows, clip-on extensions, etc.), party accessories, costumes, etc. will be used.

13.- Services are for ENTERTAINMENT purposes only and are not intended as medical, spa, or licensed salon treatments.

14.- The girls will have their photos/videos recorded during the party. The photos will be uploaded to an online gallery and/or social media for promotional purposes.

15.- FabyoEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus is not responsible for how photos are shared.

16.- Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Customers are only allowed to bring cake to celebrate their birthday, but it cannot be cut or distributed on the bus.

17.- Cancelaciones y Emergencias: En caso de condiciones climáticas severas, enfermedad grave o emergencias imprevistas que afecten al niño o niña cumpleañera, FabyouEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus ofrecerá la oportunidad de reprogramar su fiesta. Aunque haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para acomodar una fecha preferida, los horarios específicos no están garantizados. No ofrecemos reembolsos ni cancelaciones, ofrecemos la oportunidad de reprogramar su fiesta para otra fecha disponible, dentro de los 6 meses posteriores a la fecha de la fiesta original (sujeto a disponibilidad). 18.- During the event, your daughter and guests may be walking up and down stairs to get on and off the bus.

19.- FabyouEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus is not responsible for any damage, accident, or injury you may suffer while under our supervision. By signing this release, you assume all risks and dangers associated with participating in spa/party activities and waive, release, acquit, indemnify, and agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless from all liability.

20.- FabyouEvents LLC (Spa Party Mobile) Bus, its owners, supervisors, participants, hosts and drivers for any claim arising from any injury/medical injury of your child to the fullest extent possible.
